Patent Attorney Experience Prior to joining NKL, Mr. Lee served as a Korea patent attorney at Kim & Chang, where he handled comprehensive IP matters including patent prosecution, invalidity and infringement analysis, trade secret litigation, IP strategy consulting, M&A due diligence, and IP valuation. He represented American, European, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese clients across diverse technology fields such as electronic materials, batteries, semiconductors, touch panel displays, medical devices, renewable energies, automotive technologies, and non-ferrous metal refining. He conducted prior art searches in English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese, demonstrating his expertise in multinational patent matters.
Technical Foundation Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Seoul National University, providing him with a deep understanding of materials engineering and other engineering fields.
