Yi (Isabel) Xu has extensive experience in commercial litigation, corporate law, and business immigration matters. She represented Chinese EB5 clients before the Delaware Bankruptcy Court for secured creditor status claims and reached a settlement of more than $31 million. Ms. Xu regularly drafts commercial contracts, corporate operating agreements, and employment agreements. Additionally, she prepares corporate filings with state and federal agencies for corporate registration, annual reports, tax exemption, religious exemption certification, and other corporate-related matters.

Ms. Xu specializes in business immigration before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. She has worked with corporate and individual clients on immigration and US citizen applications, including I-9 compliance cases, employment-based immigration cases (such as employer-sponsored EB2 and EB3 cases), EB5 investment immigration cases, and EB5 Regional Center application cases.
